March 2026: QA Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016

Our LRQA external audits of our QHS&E system in March 2026 found a stable and well managed Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental system in place with no nonconformances to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016. The system embodies a Functional Safety process certified by CSA Group UK to meet IEC EN 61508. The scope in 2026 was expanded to cover food supplements and traditional medicines.

January 2026: African Bitter Root Supplement production expanded Our production of the plant material required for African Bitter Root Supplement, used by people with Sickle Cell Disease and by those with Osteoarthritis, has been expanded to cover 100 acres of strictly controlled farm.
October 2024: Ventilator Validation Deep Life in conjunction with Open Safety Equipment Ltd, has released its latest respiratory simulator, iBreathe MkIV, providing automated tested of VWAICO2, WOB and other key parameters in real time. February 2017: Phase 2 Clinical Trial Success for Anugel(™)

A randomised clinical trial has just completed in on 110 patients, found that Anugel(™) cuts the need for analgesics following surgery to remove Class 3 and 4 haemorrhoids, by 33% and reduces pain as measured on the VAS scale by 60%. Anugel(™) delivers a huge improvement in patient comfort. Details of the trials are being submitted for publication in major journals.
